CSB created the brand positioning, name, visual identity/packaging design system and in-store communications for a new snack line for Holiday Snacks in Trinidad & Tobago. CSB created the masterbrand name Soldanza to evoke escapism to an exotic, tropical place familiar to the target English speaking Caribbeans living in Trinidad & Tobago, Jamaica, Barbados and other markets. The name “sun dance” in Spanish, works for the Latino market, with crossover appeal for English-speaking West Indian and Anglo consumers. Brandmark, visual identity and packaging system then designed to bring the emotions of the Soldanza brand to life visually. CSB activated the visual identity in fleet and in-store communications including displays, signage, danglers and shelf strips.
